Halloween is derived from the celebration of the end of the Celtic year, the beginning of the dark and cold winter. This day was called Samhain, and it was believed that the ghost of the dead returned to earth and the presence of these made it easier for the Druids, the Celtic priests, to make predictions about the future.
Students of Miralba School was working very hard during october, learning about the Halloween celebrations and they are sharing their works in this page. Click on the links at the top to see them. Enjoy!
